Needs: PR person. We need someone who will communicate with local press and media, getting the word out about our reunion........ Please let Valerie or Christina know if you will help with that.
We need money to pay for expenses (ie. postage) and to be able to secure locations and services (caterer/bartender, DJ, Photographer) for our reunion. We will offer early bird ticket prices, and unless it's labeled "Class of '85 reunion fund donation", we will apply the amount toward payment for your ticket. Any amount over the established ticket price will be a donation to our fund, as we will not be able to give refunds. Any left-over money will be saved as a general fund for our next reunion. MDHS Alumni Association (MDHSAA) will hold funds in trust so Class of '85 won't have to open a bank account (other classes have entrusted the MDHSAA with their reunion funds to be held in trust for the class to use in future reunion organization.)
Initial Objective: Check into venues and service sources for each event.
Secondary Objective: Continue to locate class members and network with them as resources for reunion and in finding more classmates.
Planning Meeting #3:
October 5, 2004 7pm at Dee (Pitts) Dumenigo's house
Potluck with chips, dip, sandwiches, salad, and soup.
Valerie will call Marriott to ask about Friday no-host social availability.
Teresa and Denise will go to evaluate Marriott venue this month.

Data Base:
We have just over 100 names with good contact info. There are well over 500 of us in the data base - we need to find more people, and fast!
