About 38 of us eventually made it to the picnic today, and some of us brought our families, including a couple of dogs! There were quite a few kids who enjoyed hitting the pinata, and most got their faces painted by Valerie.

We were all feeling pretty tired, so BBQing and more talking were just about all we could manage to do. No softball games after all - no running around... it was just a nice mellow end to a very satisfying weekend! There was much talk of keeping in touch and agreements to get together regularly.
